Prep Time: 2 minutes Servings: 3–4 cupsIngredients:
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cups water
- 1–2 dates (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Add hemp seeds, water, and optional ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Strain through a nut milk bag (optional, for a smoother texture).
